Applying Energy Awareness in our Everyday movements is very important because we keep fine tune our body the whole day! Since our life is mostly characterized from sedentary positions, from working on a computer to driving, and even resting on a sofa applying awareness in these areas helps our body to naturally adjust our posture bringing our body back into a flow state so therefore we keep our mind and body in a nice healthy mood.
Therefore we are becoming less vulnerable in creating bad sitting and posture habits, and leading us to muscle stiffness, tensions and body pain.
