ABOUT

  Qigong is a personal exercise for the body and spirit which  includes calm movements. Is recommended as a very good way of relaxation and Harmonic Chording.

  The basic benefits of Qigong as appear in life is that offers a full exercise for health, which together stimulates and strengthens the energy of the body through all body organs for the whole day!

​

  "Every morning, it regenerates me, firstly with my Qigong walking, , after with  the 12 healthy exercises, and then with the Harmonic Chording exercises between Heaven and Earth.

​

  Enter The Flow makes a very good way of warming up before I engage with Tae Kwon Do, since my Energy is circulating and warming up my Whole body , so I'm less vulnerable to injuries.

​

It also helps my body to cure faster after sports injuries.

​

  Primarily being also Composer, Lecturer, Teacher and Guitarist  , the extended time of sedentary work runs against the health of my body, and so at my breaks with this exercises I keep my health, calm my mind with Qigong Meditation and Breathing Exercises, and get more energy to continue teaching and playing guitar.
