Musica Humana and QiGong-Part II

"Perceiving the body as a Musical Instrument that in order to remain Healthy must vibrate Harmoniously, the need to pulsate and keep Stringed is of paramount importance. This equates to a balance of mind and body. The coordination of movement, respiration and intention (thought) results in the movement of bioenergy that harmoniously Strings us.

For example, when we are stressed we become very noisy inside us and produce noise that we do not perceive.

Qi Gong's gentle, rhythmic and flowing movements help reduce stress, build endurance, increase vitality, and strengthen the immune system. They also help improve the function of the cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic and digestive systems. These motions are based on motions that are contained in Nature (Macrocosm and Microcosm) such as the spiral motion of galaxies and the motion of atoms.

The same is stated by Plato in Timaeus: "In relation now to the movements of the body, the best is that which is done by himself for himself, since it is almost identical with the movement of the mind of the universe."
