A series of exercises to activate our Qi - our life force energy - and get it flowing through our body again! Introduction to the "3 Strings" as i would like to call, that Chords Enharmonically our Body! Our Mind (Intention) , Body (Movement) , and our Breathing ! The first steps before we start to Fine Tune our body! This session works also as a preliminary course for each session until we reach a good level of energy awareness.
