Service Description

Since we proceed more in learning how to use our mind, movement and breathing to fine tune our body with energy, we reach into these QiGong exercise, that consists of only eighteen movements (of the complex and difficult to pick up forms of Taiji martial art) . These exercises improves our health, strengthen our internal organs as exercises before but also allow us to treat health problems in our selves.
